Don't mess with Ian - one of his favourite hobbies is amateur boxing!

Ed is a professional Learning & Development specialist who worked for a large blue chip company for the 10 years where he led behavioural development and senior management coaching. He is CIPD trained and a fully qualified NLP practitioner, Time Line Therapist & Hypnotherapist (ABH) whose favourite hobby is visiting different countries to learn from people and their culture. His passion is people and his intent is to offer everyone the opportunity to develop their future.

Shirley is a holder of the Full Level B Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing with the British Psychological Society. She is our specialist in the use of psychometric tools for recruitment and selection, personal development, coaching, team building, assessment centres and career counselling. With a bubbly personality as well as over 20 years experience, Shirley really does offer our clients "Added Value"

Cheryl is an inspiring and creative personal coach, team facilitator and course designer. She has special expertise in Sales and Customer Care and Management in a variety of markets and industries including financial, FMCG, retail and pharmaceutical. She values the importance of work life balance in order to ensure she gives attention to her most prized possessions – her children.
