As part of our service we visit each practice in advance to consult all team members in order to produce an event that is truly enjoyable, motivational and productive. Each programme is developed individually to meet the needs and wishes of a practice team at a point in time. Our three speciality subjects (below) are all available as half or one day courses

Teambuilding
We have a well-proven formula - we focus on the Practice Vision, Goals and Objectives and current issues, with brief lectures, debates, enjoyable teamworking exercises to practise the skills being taught - and lots of fun and laughter!
Using this formula, we can make every event different. Different lectures, different exercises and different debates, depending on the needs and wishes of each individual practice at a point in time. This is why teams who have found their seminar productive AND really enjoyed their day, have been able to invite us back again - and again; in October 2008 Rick ran a fourth bespoke team training day (in 7 years) for Meneage Dental in Helston in Cornwall!
Our Teambuilding is “Serious Fun” - it is serious practice training designed to improve the productivity of the practice and the skills of each team member - and the method we use for ensuring this happens is to design the training to be enjoyable for everybody.

Our belief is that dental teams have a RESPONSIBILITY to give their patients an informed choice to help them make the right decisions to benefit their health and well-being. We personalise (through research) each course to the objectives and needs of the practice and teach team members how to give patients an informed choice and HELP them make up their own minds to do what is best for THEM. And, like our Teambuilding events, “Helping Patients To Buy" courses are designed to be fun and motivational as well as productive.

We are pleased to confirm that we are holding our price of £495* until the end of March 2010 - courses can be secured with a £200 deposit and held any time before the end of the year. The price includes vat and our time visiting the practice to research your needs and then preparing and presenting your course. The only extra costs are agreed travel expenses and accommodation (if necessary) and the costs of the venue of your choice - ideally a comfortable hotel with gardens or grounds, that is convenient for team members and motivational - expressing how they are valued.

Managing Difficult Patients
Managing Difficult Patients is a very popular course because, among other benefits, team members ENJOY their work more afterwards! Why? Once DCPs have developed the skills of assertiveness and listening and know clever techniques to make patients more comfortable and co-operative, then thier lives becoms less stressful. Each course is personalised to the practice objectives and priorities.
