Our well-proven formula includes all team members anonymously completing a questionnaire that covers 10 key "symptoms" of teamwork and identifies areas of strength and opportunity we focus an agenda on. This enable us to guarantee the focus of the day will be on the potential the practice has to improve communications, co-operation and the “patient experience”.
