An outdoor experience at Great Tower, Camp Site that can be enjoyed by people of all ages
The course is aimed at middle and junior managers and those being developed, or people at any level for a refresher in the realities of leading people in a challenging workplace. Delegates pictured in the slide show opposite include: a factory manager, departmental heads, store managers, sales managers, project managers, team leaders, supervisors, civil servants, professionals: dentists and teachers, graduate trainees and senior team members without line authority who others turn to.

In the Spring and Summer months delegates can enjoy courses at Great Tower Camp Site, Windermere, in the Lake District. The photographs in the slide show above illustrate the range of activities. Teamworking and camaraderie are promoted by accommodation being in our comfortable self catering chalet.

A "cultural" experience in Grasmere
In the Spring and Autumn, we offer courses based in the 4 star Wordsworth Hotel in the beautiful village of Grasmere, in the heart of the Lake District. Follow this link to see the hotel.
