Two different experiences with the same results
An outdoor experience at Great Tower, Windermere
In the Summer months delegates who “relish the outdoor life” can enjoy courses based at Great Tower Camp Site, Windermere, in the Lake District. Teamworking and camaraderie are promoted by accommodation being in our comfortable self catering chalet. Leadership tasks include raft building and cooking over an open fire in the woods !
We are now taking bookings for our 2 Summer courses:
an open course that opens minds
a unique 2½ day intensive stand-alone open course designed
to optimise delegates' thinking, analytical and strategic skills, so that they will be
more effective in achieving results from their team, in their workplace, the very next day.
NB: LeadershipInOne has evolved from our popular "Leadership Millionaire" course formula. For clients loyal to the Leadership Millionaire, we can rationalise how we have preserved all of its benefits and ADDED to them.
Who Should Attend?
- we guarantee enjoyment forpeople of all ages and levels of fitness
The course is designed for anyone who accepts the responsibility for optimising teamworking - directors, line managers, supervisors, team leaders, departmental heads, branch managers, store managers; also leaders of “remote” teams eg: sales managers; those who lead temporary or changing teams egs: project managers, account managers; or people without line authority who others turn to - experienced, senior team members.

1. Wednesday 23rd to
Friday 25th June 2010
How?
please download an agenda (opposite column) to see how we structure courses
80% of course time is devoted to delegates participating in a series of purpose designed leadership tasks that challenge traditional thinking and assumptions, are objectively measurable in terms of profit and offer a choice of resources at different costs - and always with a strict time constraint. Thus appointed team leaders need to USE the key skills outlined above to lead their teams effectively. Controlled reflection then identifies the relevance and transferability of the disciplines.
2. Tuesday 10th to Thursday 12th August 2010
A "cultural" experience in Grasmere
In the Spring and Autumn, we offer courses based in the 4 star Wordsworth Hotel in the beautiful village of Grasmere, in the heart of the Lake District. Follow this link to see the hotel.
Our next course at the Wordsworth on Grasmere will be in October 2010 - dates to be confirmed
LeadershipInOne + PLUS 2
It's not really a stand-alone "one-off" course for two reasons:
1.
Delegates are individually researched and briefed in advance of their course, and receive remote coaching, to prepare a “case study” of their current situation and a “scenario” (see Scenario Analysis) of an ideal future.
2.
We offer delegates a package of follow up resources - references and tools, with remote mentoring and coaching on how to use them and apply all the principles in their workplaces .
Please call Rick Whitehead or Cheryl Winter on 051 625 4800 if you wish to talk through the suitability of the course for your people. Also call or email to check availabilty and reserve places.
