A simple brief this one!
Bring together TWO teams of senior managers - SALES and MARKETING - and weld them together into ONE TEAM - with Shared Objectives and priorities and measures of success;
AND develop communications between individuals and teams;
AND develop each individual’s Teamworking and LEADERSHIP skills.
To facilitate learning and coaching the total of 20 managers were split into two groups to attend in consecutive weeks.
The courses were entitled “The Million Pound Challenge” - tailor-making our “Leadership Millionaire” concept so that every activity, no matter how bizarre was related to their business realities of making a profit!
