- one or two day ESP Train The Trainer Workshops

If we are delivering a bespoke workshop for salespeople, we recommend sales managers and sales trainers attend a one day workshop before the event and then participate as tutors and supervisors during the salespeople’s workshop.

An "ESP Field Coaching" booklet is issued to attending sales managers and trainers free of charge.

The option is a personalised two day Train The Trainer workshop for clients who wish to deliver the system to salespeople themselves at sales meetings. We provide personalised Train The Trainer workshops for the managers / trainers. (Including “ESP Field Coaching” booklets for each delegate plus spare Reference Cards and license)

ESP (with a bespoke Reference Card) makes the field sales training accompaniment much more effective and enjoyable for both parties because it provides an informal and acceptable means of analysis, with opportunities for humour as appropriate. All the good "symptoms" are presented in such a way that it is easy for the salesperson and the manager to identify and agree the salesperson’s strengths.

Common mistakes, the pitfalls and bad habits are presented on the Dark Side - but in a very carefully researched way so that they are acceptable. (Even the names of the Dark side types are chosen very carefully for this reason).

DELEGATES TRAIN EACH OTHER !

Delegates (4 to 8) spend 80% of course time making sales calls!  In teams of two (playing salesperson and trainer) they travel, following maps, outside the training base, to keep a “journey plan” of appointments. Teams change for each session “Customers” are played by tutors and, ideally, client senior managers.
