AIM HIGH and ask "What MUST have happened?"

Scenario Analysis is a common sense 6 step system in which high achievement is visualised and then this future ideal is compared with the current situation and the question asked: “what must have happened?". The process teaches creative and lateral thinking, problem solving and decision making, time and resource management and delegation and negotiation - AND can be taught in one day - either by Personal Coaching, Bespoke Workshops personalised for clients, or individuals attending an Open Workshop.

The Results -

what do Delegates Learn?

how to translate business goals and/or given targets and objectives into Scenarios - descriptions in the future tense of successful achievementPositive Thinking through creative thinking - techniques to design innovative tactics and strategies and counter pessimism and “we have always done it that way” thinking !how to tackle problems and challenges before they occur - instead of “I’ll worry about that, if and when it happens” A New Way of Thinking - the overt objective of Scenario Analysis is to plan how to achieve high goals. The “hidden agenda” is that the process itself subliminally creates new attitudes to challenge and change. You can’t help but visualise the future in a more positive and optimistic way!

One-On-One Coaching

Bespoke Workshops

An innovation in 2010 is our provision by Cheryl or Rick of Coaching Days for individual executives. Roles and objectives are researched in advance and remote coaching is given before the Coaching Day to ensure delegates have selected an appropriate Scenario to work on during the day (and achieve afterwards!)

Remote coaching is then made available afterwards to ensure SUCCESS.

We offer one and two day workshops for 4 to 8 delegates, who are coached remotely on Step One before their Workshop and Scenarios subjects are discussed and allocated to ensure there is a good variety between the group. Workshops are 90% hands-on, working in group for brainstorms and debates and in changing teams of two to apply each step to their Scenario subject. The ideal number of delegates on a Workshop is 4 with, a maximum of 8. Bespoke workshops for up to 8 delegates cost either £1,500 for 1 day or £2,500 for 2 days.

Our special introductory price for this new service is just £395.

Scenario Analysis OPEN Workshops

Adding Value to other programmes

One of the unique benefits of Scenario Analysis is that each step has independent value, which means that the principles can effectively be integrated into other programme. It is ideal for Leadership, Teambuilding, especially Management Awaydays, Negotiating and Sales Training.

Workbooks & Case Studies

lWorkbooks contain explanatory notes and templates for each step to help delegates during their Workshop. There are also reference notes on key principles of:

lateral and creative thinkingproblem solving and decision makingtime management, personal development

All delegates also receive a copy of Rick Whitehead's book "Scenario Analysis".

Where clients have just one or two people they wish to benefit from learning Scenario Analysis AND from mixing with executives from different organisations, we offer one day OPEN Workshops.

"Bespoke" OPEN Workshops!

Even though they are Open workshops, individual delegates are researched to establish their role, objectives, resources and responsibilities. All delegates are individually briefed in advance, in writing and verbally to enable them to choose scenario subjects to work on during their workshop. To facilitate personal coaching, workshop numbers are ideally four or six and are limited to a maximum of eight.
