We offer half, one and two day Workshops and have integrated teambuilding into many kinds of client events - egs: Conferences, Training Courses. Whatever its nature, each event is always tailor-made to the needs and wishes of the client and team members, considering:

•the “level” of the team - the degree of challenge that is

Experiential Teamworking Personality Profiling

We open all events by positioning the programme to the role of the team, the contribution it makes and the team members' "Shared Objectives".
We then introduce the three ingredients of teamwork - “Share, Care, Communicate” and the psychologies, golden rules and behaviours associated with each ingredient.
Delegates then participate in a series of “Teamwork Tasks” with reflection against our “Teamwork Behaviour Checklist”.
We have over 100 Tasks in our library, all of which we have written ourselves, so can guarantee that the ones included will be relevant, challenging and enjoyable.
Between Tasks can be sessions on teamworking or job skills, strategic discussions and problem solving, and events always conclude with Action Plans.
All events can also include Personality Profiling. The system has been developed to give people the skills and disciplines to improve their dynamic and interactive effectiveness when working in a team. There are 12 Personality Types in the system.
On “The Bright Side”: Initiator Pragmatist, Achiever, Competitor, Carer and Arbitrator;
On “The Dark Side”: Indulger, Dominator, Defender, Loner, Impetuous and Inhibited.
The system is remarkably effective in “opening people up” and creating honest and friendly interaction as team members discuss each others’ projection. People learn to "see themselves as others see them".

We have delivered teambuilding events all over the UK - from Orkney to Cornwall - and in various locations in Europe. Our only preference is for clients to consider the motivational character of their chosen venue and location.
