The Dental Centre Group of Devon and Cornwall held two Teambuilding days in May with different objectives. The Tiverton and Cullompton Practices are only a few miles apart and though they each have their own identities and loyalties, staff often need to help each other out. So a key objective was to foster a "One Team" feeling of ownership by everyone working together, getting to know each other, discussing group objectives and agreeing strategies.

Newquay Dental Centre is the newest practice and had just celebrated its first anniversary. So this was an opportunity to thank and reward the team, air and iron out niggles and agree plans for the future - and continued, growing success.
