Delegates learn by DOING - we don’t believe in slide shows or lectures! We do use them, of course, but only as necessary for introduction and direction. Our experiential resources are huge, varied and growing all the time.

Leadership Tasks & the "Leadership Millionaire"

Most of our leadership tasks have been written to be objectively measurable in terms of PROFIT, with appointed team leaders always having a CHOICE of different resources at different prices. Each member of each team is credited with his/her share of profit earned, which can be carried forward - often, depending on course objectives, towards the goal of becoming a "Millionaire" - though with money only valid with "The Royal Bank of Impetus"!

The two illustrated below are the same task (A Floating Puzzle) but different versions - not just in terms of location, but because one was for a senior management team and the other was for graduate  trainees.
