We offer one or two day workshops tailor-made for each team. On one day workshops, the team work together on one TEAM SCENARIO - applying all 6 steps and culminating in team and individual action plans to “make it happen”.
There are two optional two day workshops: The first option is an extension of the one day, with extra time on each step, or working on more than one scenario, or integrating teambuilding exercises, or sessions on other group learning needs.
The second version is for the Executive Team - where, on the first day, team members learn the 6 steps to individual JANUS and all work on different individual scenarios that contribute to one TEAM SCENARIO which they work on together on day two.
