Team Training for the Professions and Small Business Units
We offer 1 or 2 day workshops tailor-made for each team. On 1 day workshops, the team work on all 6 steps culminating in team and individual action plans to “make it happen”.
There are two optional 2 day workshops: The first option is an extension of the 1 day, with extra time on each step, or working on more than one scenario, or integrating teambuilding exercises.
The second version is for the Executive Team - where, on day one, team members learn the 6 steps to individual Scenario Analysis and all work on different individual scenarios that contribute to the TEAM Scenario; and on day two they work together on the TEAM Scenario.
The TEAM Scenario used during workshops is identified during research and can either be a “Single Goal Scenario” (one specific strategic objective) or an “Overall Success Scenario”
