Avlon Academy Live
Rick has considerable experience of working with hairdressing salons and the manufacturers that supply them. They were delighted to accept, therefore, an invitation to contribute to the “Avlon Academy Live”, presenting to over 250 salon owners, managers and stylists over two events, one in Birmingham and one in London on consecutive Sundays in July.
Our morning sessions were on Leadership and Teamworking to improve Salon Performance and we even managed to have 15 teams all working at the same time to build Lego Towers. All delegates were issued with purpose designed tools to use to develop teamworking in their salons.
Our “warm up act” was then followed by the main attraction - Frederick Parnell, a world famous celebrity stylist based in Los Angeles and New York, with a host of international stars as his clients.
