“THINK ABOUT IT!” is If for anyone who wants to be more successful and fulfilled because it identifies HOW TO - in an easy, ENJOYABLE - even laugh-out-loud way!

72 “epigrams” to read and think about - it’s as simple as that!

An epigram is "a concise and witty saying" and all 72 in this book are SERIOUS they all aim to help readers THINK. (That the process is both pleasant and therapeutic is a by-product!)

Mindfulness for “normal” people!

Mindfulness:"a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while acknowledging one's feelings".

BUT HOW? People often won't get round to it, or give up too easily, or be confused by the jargon in a book, or feel self conscious or restrained in a group.

But, normal people WILL do things that are easy and fun (reading 72 witty epigrams) AND this process helps them achieve more mindfulness AND shows what to do to achieve their full potential !

Balancing Ambition and CARING

"Never trust anyone" is common advice. The equivalent in this book is epigram number 59, which recommends THE OPPOSITE !

..... "Trust and believe others ALL THE TIME - life is more relaxing and fulfilling than being paranoid !"

Each epigram is complimented with tips on HOW to Think About it. See example opposite of pages 40 and 41 in step 5, Influencing, Engaging, Inspiring. But if you really want to THINK about an epigram and "wonder" about its possible meanings to you, don't sudy the tips before you THINK!
