Though this site is primarily dedicated to delivering Rick’s legacy in SELF help format, if clients wish to define “SELF” in the plural, as their team, or any group, Rick is happy to design and deliver tailor-made two, four or eight hour WORKshops on how to USE the book “THINK ABOUT IT” either on its own (see below) OR to synergise the benefits with any of the other five books.
And he is not alone! His son Luke, has regularly over the years, while pursuing his own education and career, helped Rick and other Impetus consultants. And now he is happily assisting Rick in delivering his legacy.

Numbers are limited to ensure events “WORKshops”, not presentations! And they truly are BESPOKE. Rick and/or Luke allocate as much time as necessary, face to face or remotely, to ensure and be able to guarantee (see below) a client's RESULTS and return on investment.

Bespoke THINK ABOUT IT! WORK shops
Rick offers half day (4 hour) workshops customised to meet the needs of clients and the roles / challenges of nominated delegates. Workshops can be in client offices or off site (maybe integrated into an Awayday). Participants are emailed In advance a transcript of Step 1 (the 12 epigrams which ask them to think about themselves first) and self analysis pro-formas for them to pencil in their initial reflections BEFORE their workshop.

The most important feature is RELEVANCE. Workshops are researched and designed to realistically help each individual achieve their goals. And PERCEPTION of relevance is ensured by the pre-workshop process - no-one is "being sent on a course!" - they all look forward to it.
